利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、モバイルアプリケーション「つなぐ（Line Connect）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービスの概要

本アプリは、同じ色の点をつないでパズルを解く無料のパズルゲームです。一部機能において広告が表示されます。

2. 利用条件

• 本アプリは個人利用目的でのみ使用できます
• 本アプリの一部または全部を複製、改変、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリングすることを禁じます
• 不正なツールやスクリプトを使用してゲームプレイやランキングを改ざんする行為を禁じます

3. ユーザーの行動規範

ニックネームやランキング機能の利用において、以下の行為を禁止します：

• 不適切、攻撃的、差別的な表現の使用
• 他者の個人情報（住所・電話番号等）の入力
• スコアやランキングの不正操作
• 他のユーザーへの嫌がらせ

違反が確認された場合、アカウントの制限または削除を行う場合があります。

4. 広告について

本アプリでは、Google AdMobを通じて広告が表示されます。広告の表示はアプリの無料提供を維持するために必要です。

5. 知的財産権

本アプリに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ（デザイン、コード、グラフィック、音声等）の知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。

6. 免責事項

• 本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。動作保証やバグの不存在を保証するものではありません
• 通信環境やサーバーの状態によりサービスが一時的に利用できない場合があります
• ゲームデータの消失について、開発者は責任を負いません
• 本アプリの利用により発生した損害について、法令の範囲内で責任を負いません

7. サービスの変更・終了

開発者は予告なく本アプリの内容変更、サービスの一時停止・終了を行う場合があります。

8. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後の規約は本アプリ内で公開された時点で効力を生じます。

9. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本国の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Line Connect" ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

The App is a free puzzle game where players connect dots of the same color. Advertisements may be displayed during some features.

2. Terms of Use

• The App may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes
• You may not copy, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the App
• Using unauthorized tools or scripts to manipulate gameplay or rankings is prohibited

3. Code of Conduct

The following actions are prohibited when using nickname and ranking features:

• Using inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory language
• Entering personal information of others (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
• Manipulating scores or rankings fraudulently
• Harassing other users

Violations may result in account restriction or deletion.

4. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Advertisements are necessary to maintain free access to the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (design, code, graphics, audio, etc.) is the intellectual property of the developer.

6. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• The service may be temporarily unavailable due to network or server conditions
• The developer is not responsible for loss of game data
• The developer is not liable for damages arising from the use of the App, to the extent permitted by law

7. Service Changes and Termination

The developer may modify, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect upon publication within the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
